  • Daikin helps build newly renovated and sustainable ASHRAE Headquarters (read more).
  • AHR Expo and its co-sponsors, ASHRAE and AHRI, have selected Daikin’s VRVIII-C as the Winner in the heating category of the 2010 Innovation Awards. A panel of judges, made up of ASHRAE members selected for their exceptional knowledge of the industry and its products, reviewed and evaluated all submissions. Product entries were judged for innovation, application, value to user, and market impact.
  • Daikin has created the first VRF technology Building Information Modeling (BIM) content in Revit format and made it available on the Autodesk® Seek web service and on this website. Click here to access the library.
  • EnergySoft has partnered with Daikin to develop a modeling feature in EnergyPro to model the VRV III Variable Refrigerant Flow Systems.  This feature includes a complete library of the latest air cooled and water cooled VRV III Heat Pump and Heat Recovery systems from Daikin to allow easy plug & play modeling to determine energy use and energy cost associated with the system. The VRV system modeling capability interfaces with EnergySoft’s LEED calculation modules to allow EAC1 point score determination using these systems.
